IIE Academic Merit Scholarship is great way for serious, long term students in Hawaii to budget and maximize their English learning while studying on the island.

This unique scholarship is designed to recognize and support students in Hawaii that demonstrate strong academic potential and long-term investment in improving their language abilities. Recipients get 25 percent of the regular tuition rate covered by the scholarship. They are applicable for the Intensive English Program (IEP) only.

To ensure continued eligibility for the scholarship, it is essential that recipients maintain certain academic standards. This includes consistently meeting minimum attendance requirements of 80% and achieving satisfactory grades of 70% or higher. Students meeting the minimum academic standards are eligible for scholarship renewal when extending their studies at IIE. Scholarship applicants must already be studying in Hawaii (or USA) and submit their application directly to the school.

Current IIE students are also welcome to apply for this scholarship when extending their enrollment. A minimum enrollment period of 12 weeks is required for all scholarship recipients.
